You will then be directed to a secure PayPal page to enable you to complete your purchase. We use PayPal because it is a safe and easy way to make purchases on the internet. If you do not have an account already, it is simple to set up.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

PayPal has BBB Privacy Certification. The information practices of PayPal, Inc. have been reviewed and meet the standards of the Better Business Bureau's BBBOnline Privacy Programme.

Dachshund Luke’s shipping policy

USA
All books are shipped from Florida.

We ship his book using USPS book rate or ground and the book should arrive within 10 working days. In our experience, they arrive a lot quicker.
In most cases, the books are packed and shipped within 3 days. We will contact you immediately if there is any change to this and give you the option to either cancel or continue with your order.

Europe and rest of the big world.
Books are shipped by USPS using Air Parcel Post. Regret USPS does not offer tracking. If you wish to have your book shipped by UPS or Fedex please contact us at www.dachshundluke@live.com
We will be happy to quote you a UPS or Fedex shipping price.
Books should arrive within 3-4 weeks to most places.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may or may to apply.

Returns / Exchanges
Dachshund Luke hopes this will never happen and that you love his book.
However if you wish to return the book please contact me within 30 days of purchase date. We will provide you with a return address.
Please include the following in the email:
Your name and address.
Date ordered.
Reason for requesting a return.

You will be contacted within two business days.
Sorry, but we cannot refund books that have been read – Dachshund Luke is good at sniffing them out so please do not try.

Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the book was defective, when the merchandise was damaged during shipping, or if Dachshund Luke made an error in shipment. In all other cases, no refund of shipping charges will be made, and the customer will be responsible for the postage required to return the merchandise to Dachshund Luke.
